Mr. Gooden cofounded Integrated
Systems Analysts, Inc. in December 1980. As Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer he has guided the development of the company
from a startup to an established national mid-size systems engineering
and information technology Infrastructure services firm.
Prior to starting ISA, Mr. Gooden was an Engineering Duty Officer in the United States Navy. His naval service spanned 25 years (17 years active duty, 8 in the Naval Reserve), and he retired as a Commander in 1988. Mr. Gooden‘s naval career was concentrated in the areas of operation, maintenance and design of integrated combat weapon systems.
Mr. Gooden is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and a Corporate Plus member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio; on the CEOSE Committee of the National Science Foundation; and is a director emeritus of the Smithsonian Institution Libraries.
Ms. Geis joined ISA in 2004 as a Corporate Technical Director leading ISA's infrastructure team. Since that time she has held a variety of positions with the organization, and was promoted to senior management in 2007. She is currently in charge of all corporate functions, including Contracts Administration, Human Resources Management and Corporate Governance, Accounting and Finance, and Corporate Infrastructure and IT Systems.
Prior to joining ISA, Ms. Geis had over 13 years of experience in the information technology field, leading large systems development projects in billing, customer care, and technology applications. She served as a leader of large technical teams and has demonstrated skills in budget management, client interaction, process evaluation, and strategic planning. She has a strong background in mainframe, client/server, and web-based applications.
Ms. Geis has served as a director of client administration systems, managing multiple software releases and technology architecture conversions for a Fortune 500 firm. She has managed budgets between $5 million and $10 million. She has developed and enhanced help desk processes, executed senior management responsibilities for billing and customer care systems, and worked as a production repair manager and a release manager for various software projects.
Mr. Wilson is ISA's Vice President of Operations with overall responsibility for ISA operations, client service and business development.
Prior to joining ISA Mr. Wilson held
a number or executive level and senior leadership positions
with large, small and mid-tier companies including: Deloitte
Consulting, BearingPoint, ActioNet and VIP. He has served
in a variety of roles with over 20 years of experience and leadership
developing strategy, managing large programs and projects, implementing
complex systems and supporting mission critical operations for
organizations across the Federal and commercial sectors.
Prior to his corporate experience Mr. Wilson served as an officer in the US Air Force. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL v3 certification.
